抗菌含水量瓶

用于测定片剂、片剂或胶囊干燥时的水分损失。

由33膨胀、低可萃取硼硅酸盐玻璃制成，符合USPⅠ型和ASTM E438，I类，A类要求

样品称重，转移到烧瓶，并放置在真空炉中。在烘箱中进行干燥，温度为60℃，

压力为5毫米或更小的汞，持续三小时。然后计算损失的百分比。

• Manufactured from 33 expansion, low extractable

borosilicate glass conforming to USP Type I and

ASTM E438, Type I, Class A requirements

Sample is weighed, transferred to the flask and

placed in a vacuum oven. Drying is done in the

oven at a temperature of 60 °C and a pressure of 5 mm or less of

mercury for three hours. The percent of loss is then calculated.
