AgPath-ID™ 一步法RT-PCR试剂盒利用一种快速单管实时荧光定量逆转录PCR方法，可灵敏稳定地扩增RNA靶点。

AgPath-ID™ AgPath-ID™ 一步法 RT-PCR试剂配置用于快速简单地设置反应。所有反应集于一管，最大程度降低样本处理错误，缩短设置时间。组装好之后，约1小时内即可获得结果。试剂盒中的RT-PCR酶混合液组分有高效的 ArrayScript™ 逆转录酶、可提供高产量cDNA的突变MMLV逆转录酶和用于特异性靶点扩增的热启动DNA聚合酶—AmpliTaq Gold® 聚合酶。2X RT-PCR缓冲液包含有优化的试剂，用于高效稳定地进行的逆转录和PCR；缓冲液中还含有参比荧光ROX，用于定量荧光信号的标准化。该试剂盒还提供了可选的检测增强剂，可扩增具有富GC区或顽固二级结构的模板。
