描述

AccuPrime™ Pfx DNA 聚合酶 (AccuPrime™ Pfx DNA Polymerase) 是高保真扩增的理想工具，扩增所得的 DNA 片段可用于克隆和突变之类的下游应用。 专有的酶制剂提供了高保真度，制剂包含来自热球菌属菌种 KOD 的重组 DNA 聚合酶，这种酶具有校正活性（3´5´ 核酸外切酶）。 Platinum® 抗-Pfx DNA 聚合酶抗体抑制聚合酶活性，提供热启动能力，提高 PCR 特异性（图 1）。 热稳定的 AccuPrime™ 辅助蛋白质可增强每个 PCR 循环过程中的特异性引物-模板杂交，与单独使用 Platinum® Pfx 相比，特异性、产量和稳定性均得到提高。 AccuPrime™Pfx DNA 聚合酶：

  • 保真度比 Taq DNA 聚合酶高 26 倍

  • 可扩增长达 12 kb 的片段

  • 可最大程度减少 PCR 优化

应用： 从复杂基因组、病毒和质粒模板扩增 DNA；以及 RT-PCR。 如果需要很高的保真度，AccuPrime™ Pfx 特别有效。

AccuPrime™ Pfx DNA Polymerase is provided with 10X AccuPrime™ reaction mix that contains dNTPs and a separate vial of 50 mM MgSO4. AccuPrime™ Pfx SuperMix is supplied in a 1.1X concentration and contains AccuPrime™ Pfx DNA Polymerase, salts, magnesium, and dNTPs.

Store at -20° C. Guaranteed stable for 6 months when stored properly.
